Helena is an archaeologist with a PhD from King's College London, where her research focused on ancient Spartan religion and archaeology. As a field archaeologist, she worked in Greece, Italy, Israel, Scotland and her native Finland. Having lived in Glasgow as an undergraduate, she returned to the city in early 2024, and loves sharing its history and the fascinating role it has played in Scottish and world history.
