Massimo has a real passion for food culture and is happy to share it with his clients. As a life-long Roman, he has a real sense for the culture and history of Rome. Our food tour delved into the history and relevance of Roman cuisine as well as the different periods of Roman history and its influence on its architecture and culture of the eternal city.
